That's is really awesome! I like this kind of scene, where you need to model many small things. I think it took many hours of work. I really loved it!
I saw your after render of this scene and you improved it. But some things need to be fixed: the bg is good comparing to the other old scene, but it can be improved... Also, you could remove that iron-board and put strong AA on the floor region that the bed is on.
The lighting is awesome, nothing to be changed.
